CLEAR FROM THE START

Privacy & contact information

The public website is designed to let you explore our service without creating an account or supplying customer records.

The contact draft builder

Your name, business, email, website, service interest, and message are used in your browser to prepare a draft. The website does not submit them to a server, save them in browser storage, or send them to an AI service. Reloading the page or selecting “Clear form and draft” clears the visible draft. Your browser may separately offer form autofill.

When you choose to share

Opening your email app passes the draft to your email application. You must send it there yourself. Copying places the draft on your device's clipboard; downloading saves a text file on your device. Those copies are outside this page's control.

If you send an email to [email protected], it is handled by your mail provider and the Gmail inbox used for Tide Line inquiries. We use it to respond to your request and discuss possible work. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Keep the first inquiry simple

Please do not include passwords, payment information, guest/customer records, health details, or other sensitive information. Any exchange of private client data or access to business accounts needs an agreed secure process before work begins.

Page resources and hosting

This version uses assets served with the site. It contains no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded social widgets, or application cookies. The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting infrastructure processes connection information, such as IP addresses and requests, to deliver and protect the website. Tide Line does not add visitor analytics or store contact-form submissions. The separate local preview does not keep request access logs.

Retention and deletion requests

The draft builder keeps no server records. Email correspondence remains in the business inbox while needed to handle your inquiry or agreed work. To request deletion of an inquiry email, contact [email protected] with enough information to locate your request. Do not send additional sensitive documents.

This notice covers the public marketing website and inquiry email. Any future client portal, connected account, or private-data workflow needs its own agreed data handling process.
